TRANSITIONAL HOUSING
The Next Chapter House is a peaceful and supportive transitional housing program under True Impact Foundationâ„¢, designed to help adults rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and purpose.
More than just housing, The Next Chapter House offers a quiet, family-style living environment where residents can focus on personal growth, accountability, and self-sufficiency. Our homes encourage independence while providing gentle structure and a sense of community—an ideal setting for individuals seeking to strengthen their foundation and prepare for their next chapter in life.We provide soft-skills and life-skills support to help residents navigate everyday responsibilities and connect with resources that promote long-term stability. When additional services are needed, we partner with trusted outside agencies to ensure residents have access to the right support at the right time.
The Next Chapter House also extends transitional housing opportunities to individuals rebuilding after justice involvement, supporting successful reintegration into the community and reducing barriers to long-term independence.
As part of our continued growth, True Impact Foundationâ„¢ is intentionally planning future housing that includes fully ADA-compliant, wheelchair-accessible homes, expanding access to safe, dignified housing for individuals with disabilities and mobility needs.
While our doors are open today, our mission continues to grow. Ongoing community and donor support are essential to sustain operations, expand resources, and open more doors for individuals seeking stability, belonging, and a renewed sense of purpose.

SENIOR LIVING
True Impact Foundationâ„¢ offers senior co-living and independent living opportunities thoughtfully designed to support aging in place with dignity, comfort, and a deep sense of belonging. This program was created for seniors who value their independence, yet understand the importance of community, connection, and a peaceful living environment.
Our homes provide a safe, stable, and welcoming space where residents can live independently while enjoying the benefits of shared living. Through our co-living model, we gently reduce isolation and replace it with companionship, conversation, and the quiet reassurance that someone is always nearby. Here, every resident is seen, respected, and valued for the life they’ve lived and the wisdom they carry.
This program is ideal for seniors who are independent or semi-independent and do not require medical or skilled nursing care, but desire a supportive, structured environment that enhances their overall quality of life. Whether it’s sharing a meal, enjoying meaningful conversation, or simply having the comfort of others in the home, our residents experience a renewed sense of connection and peace.
We take a holistic approach to well-being—honoring not just physical comfort, but emotional, social, and spiritual wellness. Our goal is to create more than housing; we create a place where seniors can continue to live with purpose, joy, and dignity.

About the Founder: Samantha True
FROM WHEEL CHAIR TO BOSS CHAIR!!
Samantha True, founder of True Impact Foundation, brings a deeply personal lens to this work. Living with a diagnosed autoimmune illness herself, she understands firsthand the struggles of navigating stigma, systems, and the process of starting over. Her life story is one of resilience, reinvention, and rising—like a phoenix—from the ashes of adversity into a life of purpose and advocacy.
True Impact Foundation is more than a nonprofit; it's a living extension of her broader platform, Samantha True Pathways, which is dedicated to creating real, lasting change for the overlooked and underserved: disabled individuals, system-impacted youth, and people reentering society post-incarceration.
Everything we do is rooted in lived experience, deep empathy, and a commitment to restorative work.
We don't just provide services; we restore dignity, power, and possibility.
