The I.M.P.A.C.T. Youth Centerâ„¢ is a future initiative of True Impact Foundationâ„¢ designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and empowering environment where youth can learn, grow, and discover their full potential.
Rooted in leadership, creativity, mentorship, and community connection, the center will offer opportunities for personal development, life-skills training, educational enrichment, entrepreneurship exposure, and positive peer engagement. Our goal is to help young people build confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, and develop the tools needed to thrive in school, career, and life.
Through meaningful mentorship and supportive relationships, youth will be encouraged to dream bigger, believe in themselves, and become positive leaders within their families and communities.

Housing Stability, Independent Living & Community Connection
Next Chapter Houseâ„¢ is a housing stability and community living initiative supported by True Impact Foundationâ„¢. Housing accommodations are provided and managed through The S&T Group, LLC. Designed to provide safe, stable, and supportive housing opportunities, the program helps adults and seniors build, maintain, or regain independence while living in a respectful and welcoming environment.
More than just housing, Next Chapter Houseâ„¢ creates opportunities for connection, personal growth, and an improved quality of life. Our homes are designed to foster dignity, belonging, and community while encouraging residents to remain as independent and self-sufficient as possible.
Through a shared living model, residents benefit from a peaceful home environment where isolation is reduced, meaningful relationships are encouraged, and everyday living is supported through access to resources, life-skills guidance, and community engagement opportunities. While we do not provide medical or skilled nursing services, we help connect residents with trusted community partners and service providers when additional support is needed.
Next Chapter Houseâ„¢ serves adults and seniors who may be experiencing housing instability, life transitions, social isolation, mobility challenges, or simply desire a supportive community-centered living environment. Our program is especially committed to helping older adults age in place with dignity while maintaining their independence and connection to others.
As True Impact Foundationâ„¢ continues to grow, we remain committed to expanding access to inclusive housing opportunities, including future ADA-compliant and wheelchair-accessible homes that support individuals with disabilities and mobility needs.
At its heart, Next Chapter Houseâ„¢ is built on a simple belief: everyone deserves a safe place to live, meaningful connections, and the opportunity to thrive. Our vision is to create a welcoming and inclusive community where individuals feel seen, valued, supported, and empowered. The Disabled Lives Matterâ„¢ Center is being developed as a place where people can build meaningful relationships, access resources, participate in enriching activities, and experience a genuine sense of belonging.
More than a center, Disabled Lives Matterâ„¢ represents a commitment to ensuring that no one feels isolated, overlooked, or excluded because of a disability, diagnosis, or life circumstance. We believe every individual deserves opportunities for connection, personal growth, recreation, advocacy, and community engagement.
